Designed by Ray Kappe, FAIA, one of the top modern, residential architects in the country, the LivingHome (completed 2006) is comprised of 11 factory-built modules that were installed onsite in just 8 hours. It has won over a dozen major design or sustainability awards, including the USGBC’s first ever LEED Platinum certification of a home. It was the only home to win AIA’s top sustainability award in 2007, and it was also named one of the Top 10 Architectural Wonders of the World.
