This AIACV 2006 Design Award winning project incorporates the vision of ANOVA Architects, Inc. while meeting the historic needs and cultural values of the city of Placerville. This multi-phased project includes the historic reuse of an 1865 masonry structure and the development of a proposed LEED® Silver 18,000 sf professional building which now serves as ANOVA’s new Placerville office.

Beautiful building, This truly is where What if meets What works.., and it does work. It is a great space to work in with all of the natural light, and being green makes it feel that much better. Great Job.
